By enrolling in this Strategy Session, I agree to the following:

• I am committed to improving my life and/or business and will participate fully in the session. I understand that the session must be completed between the date of purchase and a period of 30 days thereafter.
• I am registering for 1 private one-on-one strategy session with my coach, Certified High Performance Coach Hafizah Ismail. I can enroll for a subsequent programme now or later.
• I will call my coach at the scheduled time and do my best to be on time. I understand that if I miss the session and don’t provide 48 hours notice, then I will forfeit my session.
• I understand that the strategy session is about improving my life and/or business. I understand this level of coaching is not therapy, and not about professional legal, medical, psychological, or financial advice. 
• I understand and agree that my results are up to me and that by law my coach cannot guarantee my results in life or business, only my satisfaction, so my coach cannot be held liable under any circumstances for my life and/or business results or actions. I also understand I can stop the strategy session at any point I wish, but I understand that I will not be reimbursed for any payments already made.
• I understand that at the end of my session I will have the option of continuing in a coaching programme. I can schedule more sessions with my coach then. It’s up to me if I continue, and I if I do, I authorise my coach to bill me until I request to stop my sessions or make another arrangement. I can stop my sessions at any time.
• I understand I will receive an email summary from my coach to help me advance even more quickly.
